Fans praise first deaf contestant Rose Ayling-Ellis

Fans of Strictly come dance have taken to social media to praise the show for presenting its first deaf contestant, Rose Ayling-Ellis. A few weeks ago, the show premiered the long-awaited season 19 and revealed the 15 celebrities and their dance partners. Like last year, there are still some restrictions for contestants to ensure that the show can continue during the aftermath of COVID-19. This basically means that all the celebrities were assigned their partners before the show premiered.

In the opening group number of Donna Summer’s “I Feel Love,” the pros at Strictly gave fans a glimpse of what to expect in the upcoming season, as well as reintroducing well-known hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, and judges Craig.
